Vintage Sekonda 19 Jewels USSR AU10 Gold Plated Mechanical Watch c.1970

A very attractive vintage Sekonda men's wristwatch, dating from approximately the late 1960s to early 1970s running really strong.

The watch features a beautiful silver sunburst dial with applied gold-tone hour markers featuring contrasting black inserts. Matching gold-tone hands with black detailing and a central seconds hand complete the classic period design.

The dial is signed SEKONDA – 19 JEWELS with USSR at 6 o'clock.

The gold-plated case is stamped AU10, indicating approximately 10-micron gold plating. Its angular case and lugs give the watch a distinctive late-1960s/early-1970s appearance.
Inside is a 19-jewel Soviet mechanical hand-wound movement.
